Microwave Mug Cake

🥘 Ingredients

• cocoa
  1 heaped teaspoon
• milk
  50ml
• oil
  two level teaspoons
• self-raising flour
  3 heaped teaspoons
• white chocolate chunks
• white sugar
  3 heaped teaspoons

   Mix white sugar , self-raising flour , cocoa in a cup to get a consistent colour, making sure you catch the stuff hiding down at the edges of the base. Add oil and milk . Mix together well until consistent. Drop some white chocolate chunks on top (optional but very nice) Microwave for about 1m30s at full power and enjoy hot :)
